1.How would you describe your experience competing in the Professional Adobo Competition at Adobo Throwdown 3.0?
It’s an Amazing experience for me to showcase my skill and my creativity in Adobo Throwdown 3.0.
2. In what ways did the competition challenge your culinary skills?
How I can create my Adobo out of the box, present it differently but the traditional taste of adobo still linger in the pallete.
3. What feedback would you offer to the event organizers?
Need to announce to the public during the event how the criteria of Adobo judging before they proceed to the professional competition.
4. Would you consider participating in future Adobo Throwdowns? If so, is there anything you would do differently next time?
Absolutely, I will continue to create out of the box how I will present my adobo to the judges so that they will enjoy it while they do the judging.
5. Is there anything else you’d like to share about your experience as a competitor at Adobo Throwdown 3.0?
Even though we were competing, all the finalists became close to each other during the event.
6. Bonus Question 1 - Do you use Mama Sita’s products in any of your cooking? If so, what products do you use the most and why?
Yes, I used Mama Sita"s product in my Menudo and my Barbeque.
7. Bonus Question 2 - What new products would you like to see from Mama Sita’s
I don't have any idea but I'm excited to try and explore if they are going to produce one.
