The Adobo Throwdown’s mission is to support Filipino cuisine in order to create a recognizable footprint in the mainstream San Antonio food scene. This event will promote Filipino restaurants, the majority of which are still reeling from the impact of COVID-19, supply chain problems and crippling inflation. We will also allocate a portion of the proceeds to PACC-GSA humanitarian causes, such as the community pantries in the Philippines.
