Both professional and amateur chefs will compete in the Adobo Throwdown by showcasing their best version of Adobo, the unofficial national dish of the Philippines. The event is organized by the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce - Central Texas Region and aims to support their humanitarian projects, including the Art Relief Mobile Kitchen.
