Schertz, Texas - On Sunday October 23, 2022, five of the best Filipino chefs will compete for the title "Best Adobo in San Antonio" in the 2022 Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo - a charity event raising funds for the Humanitarian Campaigns of Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas. Adobo is the unofficial national dish of the Philippines. Here is the professional lineup -
