After the tremendous success of the Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo last year, it is our pleasure to announce that Khai Productions will be returning as the official production company for the upcoming Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo 2.0. The event will is scheduled for August 5-6, 2023 at the Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, TX, 78154.
