We’re excited to share that Adobo Throwdown is evolving into the Adobo Throwdown Culinary Competition and Food Expo! To make this event bigger, better, and completely free for everyone, our next San Antonio celebration will take place in October 2026. This special edition will be bundled with the 2026 TOFSA (The Outstanding Filipinos of San Antonio) celebration during Filipino American History Month.

Get ready for an unforgettable experience featuring expanded competitions, a vibrant food expo, live cooking demos, cultural performances, and more—all at no cost to attendees. More details, including location and programming, will be announced soon.

West Coast Expansion
