The Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo is a showcase of the colorful culture of the Philippines through its food, music, and dance - with all the event proceeds to benefit the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce-Central Texas Region Humanitarian Projects. The event would not be possible without the work of our awesome volunteers. The Adobo Throwdown offers one-time to reoccurring volunteer opportunities for teens, families, groups, and individuals.

Tasks related to the event may include:

• Set-up / Clean-up

• Event photos/video

• A/V work

• Guest registration

• Cooking competition judging/scoring
