This is your chance to showcase your most innovative or beloved Adobo recipe. Whether it’s a traditional family recipe that has been passed down through generations or a contemporary twist that’s the talk of the town, bring your best to the plate.

Judging Criteria

Creativity (25%): Surprise us! We’re looking for that unique twist on traditional Adobo.

Presentation (25%): They say we eat with our eyes first. Show us dishes that feast the eyes.

Taste (50%): The heart of the matter. Your dish should not only honor the rich tradition of Adobo but elevate it.

First Place: $500 + Trophy

Second Place: $200 + Trophy

Third Place: $100 + Trophy
