Saturday Aug 5 Outdoor Vendor Check-in

Here are the instructions for setting up your vendor table at the Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo - 

  1. Please arrive at the venue by 7:30 am on August 5-
    Schertz Civic Center
    1400 Schertz Parkway
    Schertz, TX 78154

  2. Park in designated areas only - see parking layout here.

  3. Set up in your assigned spot.

  4. You will be given 3 wristbands as a vendor. Please distribute to your team.  Wristbands are required for entry to the main ballroom and to purchase from the food vendors.

  5. If you need more than the allocated wristbands, please buy tickets from https://www.adobothrowdown.com/2023-adobo-throwdown-cooking-competition-food-expo

Vendor Policies and Procedures

  1. The Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Expo will take place rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

  2. Vendors are prohibited from having or drinking alcohol inside the leased facility.

  3. Vendors are responsible for all signage.

  4. Vendors may accept cash or credit card payments. All Vendors are responsible for collecting/paying Texas State Sales Tax as applicable to their product.

  5. Wristbands are required for all sales. Do not sell to anyone without a wristband!

Saturday Checkout and Cleanup

  1. You can begin to checkout by 5:30pm

  2. Please make sure

    • to remove all your materials from the vendor spot.

    • the vendor spot is clear of trash and debris

    • that everything is back to the way you found it by 6:30 pm

    • You must take everything with you. Vendors are strictly prohibited from leaving any equipment at the Schertz Civic Center overnight.
