Time: Arrive by 10:00 am
Venue: Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, TX 78154
Parking:
Park in designated areas only.
Avoid parking in handicapped spaces or tow-away zones.
Check-In Process:
Enter through the front entrance.
Locate the Sign-In table where you will receive wristbands.
Wristbands:
You will receive 4 wristbands for your team.
Wristbands are required for entry and to make purchases from food vendors.
Need more wristbands? Buy additional tickets at the registration desk or online at adobothrowdown.com/tickets.
Setup Instructions:
You will be directed to your vendor table.
Setup must be completed by 11:30 am.
Vendor Table Policies and Procedures
The Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Expo will take place rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
You are renting a 10X10 space. Vendors must keep all products within rented booth space.
Tables and Chairs: A 6-foot table and chairs will be provided for your setup.
Vendors are prohibited from having or drinking alcohol inside the leased facility.
Vendors are responsible for all signage.
Vendors may accept cash or credit card payments. All Vendors are responsible for collecting/paying Texas State Sales Tax as applicable to their product.
Nails, thumbtacks, tape (masking, Scotch, painters, or duct tape) and push pins will not be permitted to be driven into or applied to the walls, floors, partitions, or any portion of the leased facility.
The use of glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, grains, etc inside the leased facility is strictly prohibited.
The hanging or suspending of any materials from the ceiling is strictly prohibited.
Sunday Checkout and Cleanup
Checkout Time:
Begin checkout at 6:00 pm.
Cleanup:
Ensure your vendor table is clear of trash and debris.
Restore the area to its original condition by 6:30 pm.
