- Adobo — meat braised in vinegar, soy, garlic and bay leaf. The star of the day.
- Lumpia — crispy spring rolls; an easy first bite.
- Pancit — stir-fried noodles, often finished with calamansi citrus.

Yes. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Food and beverages are available for purchase from participating vendors.
Do I need to RSVP?
RSVP is encouraged but not required — walk-ins are welcome. RSVPing on Kultura.RSVP helps us plan and keeps you updated.
