As Seen On SA Current - Second annual San Antonio Adobo Throwdown will celebrate Filipino food, culture August 5-6

Exciting news, food enthusiasts! The Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo 2.0 is making waves in San Antonio and has been featured in SA Current. Back for its second year, this event promises to be bigger and better, spanning two days on August 5-6 at the Schertz Civic Center.

Last year's debut showcased local chefs' creative interpretations of Filipino adobo, the country's unofficial national dish. This year, not only will we have a professional Adobo Throwdown, but home cooks can also join in the culinary fun with contests featuring their own versions of adobo, Filipino barbecue, fried lumpia, and ube desserts.

Plus, it's all for a great cause, as proceeds will benefit the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce’s humanitarian campaigns. Get all the delicious details in the SA Current article here and mark your calendars for a flavorful weekend celebrating Filipino food and culture!
