Mikaela Cara Lapiz Bluhm Profile

Mikaela Cara Lapiz Bluhm, a 12-year-old native of San Antonio, Texas, has a passion for singing and the arts. In addition to participating in choral and music performances at her schools, Basis Elementary School and Great Hearts Forest Heights, Mikaela has been a member of the Children’s Chorus of San Antonio (CCSA) for several years. She began in the CCSA Preparatory Program for grades 2-3, advanced to Chorale for grades 4-6, and is currently part of the Choristers for grades 7-9. As a CCSA singer, she has performed at various locations, including the annual concert at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. Although Mikaela has never performed solo, she has had the privilege of learning solo singing techniques and voice control under the guidance of Ms. Khai Sy of Khai Productions. Mikaela is grateful to Tita Khai for the opportunity to develop her solo performance skills.
