Featured Entertainer - Soufé

Soufé is a local band that was formed earlier this year. The band consists of 4 musicians who enjoy the same type of music and unexpectedly found themselves putting their own spin to cover songs; this has become the band’s identity.

The band members are also part of other bands of different genres. Roshen (keyboards/vocals) is a member of Adobo Jam while Lester (lead guitarist/vocals), Vince (drummer) and OB (bassist) are part of Bandang Sabaw. The band name Soufe was originally, “Soup A” combining the english term of “Sabaw” which is “Soup” to the letter “A” from “Adobo”. To add a bit of humor, the band name was changed to “Soufé”. Sounds fancy, eh?

Soufé has played at several local music events within San Antonio and nearby cities. Their first big break was performing as the main band for Filipino artists Nina and Luke Mejares.

Soufé will be performing at the Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo on October 23, 2022, at the Schertz Civic Center 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, TX 78154
